無聊猿生態幣 ApeCoin 正式推出　總供應量 10 億顆、15% 將空投給 NFT 持有者

無聊猿（ The Bored Ape Yacht Club ）母公司 Yuga Labs 近期動作頻繁，在上週六（ 12 日）宣佈收購熱門 NFT 項目 CryptoPunks 及 Meebits 後，今日宣佈正式推出其生態系代幣「 ApeCoin 」（ APE ）。

ApeCoin 在推特上表示，這是一種文化、遊戲機商業的代幣，用於授權在 Web3 的最前沿去打造一個去中心化的社區。

值得注意的是， Yuga Labs 並非是 ApeCoin 的運營方。 ApeCoin 在推特上進一步補充道，此代幣將由去中心化自治組織 ApeCoin DAO 擁有和運營，每個代幣持有者都能對生態系統基金的管理和使用進行投票，加入 ApeCoin DAO 的唯一要求就是持有 ApeCoin 。

「 DAO 由 Ape 基金會支持，該基金會的建立是為了作為 ApeCoin 的法律監護人，管理 ApeCoin DAO 社區做出的決定。(基本上需要有人來簽署支票）。」

代幣分配方式

據 ApeCoin 官網顯示， ApeCoin 代幣總供應量為 10 億顆，而代幣將被分成 4 份：

• 62% 分配給生態基金（ BAYC/MAYC NFT 持有者及財務/資源部）
• 16% 分配給 Yuga Labs + 慈善機構 （ BAYC 母公司和持續貢獻者， Yuga Labs 持有的 6.25% 代幣將被捐贈給 Jane Goodall Legacy Foundation ）
• 14% 分配給貢獻者（幫助實現此項目的相關人員）
• 8% 分配給 BAYC 創辦人

ApeCoin 也在推特上提到， ApeCoin 總供應量的 15% 將空投給無聊猿生態系 NFT 持有者（包括 BAYC 、 MAYC 及與 BAYC/MAYC 配對的 BAKC ）。

nWayPlay 新遊戲將採用 ApeCoin

在 ApeCoin 公佈推出消息後， Animoca Brands 旗下 NFT 交易平台 nWayPlay 也在推特上釋出新遊戲預覽圖并透露，與 BAYC 合作開發的「邊玩邊賺」（ P2E ）遊戲將會採用 ApeCoin 。

Yuga Labs 收購 CryptoPunks 、 Meebits

Yuga Labs 於上週六宣佈收購 Larva Labs 的兩項熱門 NFT 項目：「 CryptoPunks 」及「 Meebits 」，并表示未來將向這兩系列的持有者授予商業權利。

儘管表示接下來的第一步獎授予 CryptoPunks 及 Meebits 持有者與 BAYC 和 MAYC 持有著相同的商業權利，但 Yuga Labs 強調團隊的重點仍然是 BAYC ，且表示不打算將這兩 NFT 系列硬塞到為 BAYC 所開發的「俱樂部」模型中。
